Grade Improvement Module 1

This is module 1 of 2 that can be completed for grade improvement. Please read these directions before starting:

1. The module must be done COMPLETELY, this is an all or nothing grade. There will be no partial credit.
2. Should you show work? YESSSSSS. If you don't, there will be no credit awarded.
3. When you finish you may either take pictures of each assignment and the assessment and email them to me at lthagard@muhs.com or you can staple them together and drop them back off at the school where I will be able to collect them.
4. Use the following grade information to help you decide how many modules you need to complete:
~ If you have a 90% or better: No need to do anything! Your 3rd quarter grade will be your final grade :)
~ If you have a 60-89%: You don't need to do anything unless you want to improve your grade. Completion of 1
Module will raise your grade 10% MAX (Ex: You have a 72% and do one module, now you have an 82%)
~ You have a 50-59%: Complete one module to bring you up to passing grade of 60%
~ You have a 40-49%: Complete BOTH modules to bring you grade up to a passing grade of 60%
~ You have a 39% or lower: Contact Gretchen Wesbrock at gwesbrock@muhs.com to register for summer school

Please contact me at lthagard@muhs.com if you have any questions, I am available all day by email and will get back to you as soon as possible!
